SIR Richard Branson strips off and moons at guests as they leave his ­Caribbean island, he has revealed.

But the 69-year-old billionaire admitted he bids them a cheeky farewell from a distance.

He said: “Quite often when groups leave I’ll be on the shore and moon to make people laugh. I normally make a point of doing it from at least 100 yards away. Nothing is worse than a big arse up close.”

The Virgin Group founder bought 74-acre Necker Island in 1978.

It is now a luxury resort, costing holidaymakers up to $8,000 a night — roughly £6,500.

Speaking to The Sunday Times mag, his sister Vanessa, 61, admitted her brother loves “doing the full monty”.

She said: “We’re blessed to have somewhere like Necker to take the whole family.

“We’ve gone every year for the past 40 years. We dance a lot when we’re there — and Richard’s strangest habit is stripping.

“He loves doing the full monty and taking his clothes off — mooning, not the front!”
