Twilight Tempo – UI and Map Updates

Hello there, a few updates from the design and art department:

Updated Map Layout:

New map

We created areas that are more vibrant than those we had before, which were just corridors and areas with trees, rocks, etc.. So we wanted to add more detail to our enchanted forest.

Terrain now includes the Z axis:

For the initial combat tests a flat level was not too bad but as it turns out horribly uninterresting.

So now with help from unity’s Terrain tool we’re diversifying the landscape a bit.

This also allows for the verticallity to play into how we design our map.

We’re hopping that this starts to feel more like a forest rather then an empty parking lot.

New 3D assets:

New Menu:

We also made another menu, the main menu before was too noisy so we decided to put the title in another menu so that the focus in the main menu is the options and the dynamic background.
