The BAFTA Film Awards, held last night, Feb. 22, at London’s Royal Festival Hall, celebrated the past year’s most impressive cinematic achievements. Celebrities from around the world traveled to England’s capital city for the event and walked the BAFTA red carpet. As expected, this meant a mix of stunning and head-scratching outfits, and we’ve gathered the best and the worst looks for your review.

“One Battle After Another” star Chase Infiniti looked incredibly elegant in this burgundy dress. She looks just like a rose!

While British rapper Little Simz might be a dope musician, her swag unfortunately did not come through with this outfit choice. It looks like she just stopped by the BAFTAs while running errands.

We’re loving this royal blue tasselled dress on “Sinners” star Wunmi Mosaku, and the matching eyeshadow is really just the cherry on top!

It’s always fun when folks experiment with their fashion, but British actor Erin Doherty might have pushed the envelope a bit too far with this look. It just looks uncomfortable.

Teyana Taylor always takes risks with her fashion choices, but this time we’re asking: Who was she trying to hide from with this coat, and why didn’t she iron it first?

“Stranger Things” star Sadie Sink made her ginger hair and blue eyes pop with her mint green gown. We love to see it!

This all-black layered gown was an experimental look gone absolutely right. “Sinners” production designer Hannah Beachler really showed up and out with this look!

British actor, director, and BAFTA host Alan Cumming must have accidentally stepped through a shredder before leaving the house, but at least he still made it to the show on time!

This is a classy look, Maya Rudolph, but it is also plain. We would’ve liked to see something with a little more oomph!

It’s always refreshing not to see a boring black suit in men’s fashion, and Miles Caton did just that by showing up in a stylish pinstripe fit.

It looks like British television presenter AJ Odudu pulled down her curtain rod and quickly wrapped it around herself for this dress, but her body is tea.

This gown flowed delicately off Kerry Washington’s shoulders, reminding us all of her undeniable glamour.

The tailoring of David Jonsson’s suit was done to perfection. The silky lapels and floral details elevated this outfit choice from a plain suit to a dashing one!

While Polish costume designer Malgosia Turzanska has displayed her talents in films like “Hamnet” (2025) and “Pearl” (2022), her outfit last night looked unfinished.

Although her hair and makeup are on point, the feathers and materials on British model Leomie Anderson’s dress look all over the place.

We’re loving this turquoise blue on “Ted Lasso” star Sarah Niles, but the dress looks like it was made from silk bedsheets.

A pantsuit moment is always a hit or a miss, and unfortunately Australian actress Milly Alcock missed the mark with this suit that could have used better tailoring.

“Bugonia” star Jesse Plemons could have put on a little more effort than a plain black suit with a crooked tie. “Spider-Man” star Kirsten Dunst needs to be careful not to knock somebody out with her shoulder pads.

“Sinners” casting director Francine Maisler is another attendee whose outfit could have used a lot more ironing, but the colors are cute.
