The new league year is fast approaching, and with weeks until the Super Bowl, the Philadelphia Eagles‘ uncertain off-season has begun after a 23-19 loss to the battered 49ers last weekend that knocked Nick Sirianni’s team out of the playoffs and into an off-season filled with questions, a new offensive coordinator, and potential trades.
Still, one of the best teams in the NFL, the Eagles, was led by star power at multiple positions, but regression is unavoidable within a roster, and Philadelphia saw some concerning declines from important players in 2025.

RB Saquon Barkley
2024 PFF grade: 85.0 NFL rank: 10th
2025 PFF grade: 67.9 NFL rank: 44th
Barkley is the first Eagle to rush for 1,000+ yards (1,140 – 10th in NFL) in back-to-back seasons since LeSean McCoy (2013-14).
WR A.J. Brown

WR DeVonta Smith
