The New York Giants have a brand-new coach in John Harbaugh. Who will he report to in his new job?
The Athletic’s Ian O’Connor reports that Harbaugh will report directly to Giants owner John Mara instead of reporting to Giants general manager Joe Schoen.

Sports Illustrated‘s Albert Breer notes that this is a change from typical structure with New York, but it’s “a concession made to the new man in charge.”
It will be endlessly fascinating to see how the Harbaugh-Schoen dynamic works with the new coach now on equal footing with the general manager in the Big Apple.
