Golf’s brief offseason lasted a week longer thanks to the cancellation of The Sentry at Kapalua, giving the Sony Open the honor of opening the new season.
Nick Taylor will attempt to defend his title in Honolulu among a field that includes the likes of Jordan Spieth, Collin Morikawa, J.J. Spaun and Hideki Matsuyama. Also teeing it up this week is 62-year-old Vijay Singh, who will be making his first start in a Tour-level event besides the Masters in five years.
The long road to the Tour Championship starts now. Here’s how to watch all the action from Hawaii.
