šø Serie A sponsor cash: Como ā¬1m, Sassuolo top Napoli! š±
Which Serie A clubs earn the most from their main sponsors? Thatās the question we asked, and an analysis published by Calcio e Finanza provided the answer.
The top three are Juventus, Milan, and Inter: in what order? And where does Napoli rank? You wonāt believe it: behind Sassuolo! But thereās a catch.
Inter and Juventus remain among the most highly paid clubs in Serie A thanks to their shirt sponsors: the Nerazzurri collect around ā¬30 million from Betsson, a figure in line with what Milan will reach in the 2025/26 season, while the Bianconeri receive between ā¬28 and ā¬30 million in total from Jeep and Visit Detroit. With the new deal signed with Emirates, the Rossoneri will see their revenues grow to a base of ā¬35 million per year starting in 2026/27.
According to financial statements and estimates by Gazzetta dello Sport, it should be noted that several clubs ā such as Juventus, Fiorentina, Sassuolo, Bologna, and Cremonese ā benefit from ārelated-partyā sponsorships. Telling examples: Mediacom, owned by president Commisso, for Fiorentina; Mapei, tied to the Squinzi family, for Sassuolo; Saputo Inc., the Canadian dairy company of owner Joey Saputo, for Bologna; and Iltainox, founded by Giovanni Arvedi, owner of Cremonese.
Napoli, the champions of Italy, lag behind on the sponsorship front: just ā¬9 million from MSC, a figure far below the Northern giants and even Sassuolo, though we explained the reason above: an emblematic example of how āin-houseā deals can provide stability even to smaller clubs.
At the bottom of the revenue table is Como, which earns just ā¬1 million thanks to agreements with Uber, a modest figure but consistent with the Larian clubās gradual growth strategy.
