World No. 1 Jannik Sinner‘s preparations for the 2025 season are well and truly underway. The Italian enjoyed one of the most dominant seasons in tennis history in 2024, winning two Grand Slam titles, the ATP Finals, and the Davis Cup.
He has now started training during the off-season as he plans to replicate his 2024 form in 2025. He was pictured at Patrick Mouratoglou’s academy in Dubai, hitting shots from the baseline.
Sinner’s season is likely to start at the Australian Open. The Italian hasn’t given any hints about his potential availability for warm-up events before the first Grand Slam of the season.
He will be aiming to join the likes of Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic in defending the Australian Open title this century. This year, he won his first Grand Slam title in Melbourne, defeating Daniil Medvedev in a five-set final.

Sinner was unstoppable on indoor hard courts, finishing the year with a perfect 13-0 record. He won titles in Rotterdam and at the prestigious Nitto ATP Finals in Turin. Sinner achieved a big milestone on grass by winning his first title at the ATP 500 in Halle.
