On a recent episode of his series, “Counsel Culture,” the TV personality addressed his own clinical diagnosis of narcissistic personality disorder. “The Masked Singer” host said he has “no problem” with being called a narcissist, and even joked with guest Dr. Cheyenne Bryant on how some of his “self-importance” comes from being raised in a Christian houshold.

Someone else noted in the comments that he’s previously confirmed his narcissistic tendencies, replying, “He literally admitted he had as many children as he did for the sake of preserving his own life…. That alone told me he was a [narcissist] and I’m not even a therapist.”

The comments on the YouTube video of the episode were more positive, with many users praising Cannon for being so open about his mental health issues.

One person acknowledged his willingness to share such personal feelings and insights,:“There is something so special about people who demonstrate vulnerability and take accountability openly and fearlessly. I salute you Nick and I Love you Dr. Bryant!! This was such a beautiful and valuable conversation. Thank you!!”

Another user appreciated Cannon’s approach to processing his issues, commenting, “Accountability and transparency it’s a lot of us either know someone or has some type of mental disorder and the only way to move through is to address it first, seek the help to heal it and progress through it all. The age of awakening is here and I am here for it. Love and healing on your journey.”
