StreamElements today revealed its roadmap for its upcoming products and features, which are focused on optimizing monetization for content creators. These features include multistreaming tools, stream management tools and viewer rewards, among others. Some of the features are available to try or will launch in beta form soon, while others are still in development.
Several of the features that StreamElements mentions in its roadmap are built around optimizing creators’ revenue. For example, one of the tools is an updated multistreaming feature that allows users to stream simultaneously to multiple platforms (and thus, access all of their subscription services and reward programs), including Twitch, YouTube and TikTok among others. This tool launches in open beta later this year. StreamElements also has Sponsorship Viewer Rewards in development, which would allow viewers to earn rewards by playing games on the channel and the creator to make money even while offline.
The other tools StreamElements has revealed are geared towards offering creators insight into their audiences. One such tool, which is currently available to download, is Ground Control, a standalone stream management application. StreamElements eventually plans to roll out an AI assistant for Ground Control with suggestions and community insights. It’s also offering dedicated community insight tools and badges.
Or Perry, StreamElements CEO, said in a statement, “With the creator economy growing each year and more people striving to become influencers, monetizing content has never been tougher — especially in a crowded space constrained by tighter marketing budgets. To help creators of all sizes build sustainable careers and foster deeper connections with their audiences, we’re developing a comprehensive suite of tools to boost engagement, streamline content creation, and unlock new revenue streams.”
