Jannik Sinner On Elite Form As He Brushes Past Serbian Into Wimbledon 4th Round

Jannik Sinner’s quest for his second Grand Slam title continued finely against Miomir Kecmanovic today. On Center Court, the world No. 1 showed class and elite performance to defeat his Serbian opponent. The Italian was stretching and sliding on grass like prime Novak Djokovic like he was running on a clay court.

Jannik Sinner has now amassed 6,000 points in 2024 and is 1,315 points ahead of Alexander Zverev who’s the second-best performer of the year in the Race to Turin rankings. Sinner’s third-round clash against Kecmanovic was nothing like the epic battle between him and his Italian compatriot, Matteo Berrettini on Wednesday that had required three tiebreaks.
