‘Most see a guilty verdict for Trump’

The fluid developments in southern Gaza, featuring war and potential peace, make most front pages Tuesday. “Israel strikes targets in Rafah, calling Hamas [cease-fire] plan deficient,” The Wall Street Journal says. “Hopes revive for deal on Gaza,” The Washington Post says. “Deal or no deal?” the Philadelphia Daily News asks, cutting to the chase. Donald Trump, meanwhile, was “warned of jail, again, for his attacks” on court employees or jurors in his New York hush-money trial, The New York Times says. The trial isn’t even halfway done, but by a 65% to 23% margin, “most see a guilty verdict for Trump,” USA Today says.

The Journal, the Times and the New York Daily News also highlight some of the fashions celebrities showed off at Monday night’s Met Gala.
