AN INTERIOR designer has revealed the worst mistake that he always sees people make in their homes.

Bilal Rehman, a luxury interior designer from the US, took to social media to share his honest thoughts on local decor.
What he described as “logo w***e decor”, Bilal penned: “Please don’t let me catch you with logo w***e decor. This is the worst design mistake I see so many of you guys making – and we need to talk about it.”
He then described canvas pieces of art with designer logos splashed all over them as “ugly” as he claimed: “It is a disease and so many of you have fallen ill.
“I’m not sure who tricked you into thinking that Chanel, Louis Vuitton or Dior would slap their logo on an ugly a** canvas piece of art – but I have news for you and you’re not going to like it.

“If you’re looking for artwork, I always say, stay clear of that mass produced s**t.”
The interior pro then added: “That three piece watercolour set that everybody has in their living room is not elevating your space.”
Instead of such mass-produced art pieces, Bilal advised people shopping for art to support small artists.
He recommended platforms such as Etsy for stylish and unique pieces that will elevate and add style to your home.

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @bilalrehmanstudio, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 68,800 views.
Social media users “couldn’t agree more” with Bilal and were eager to express this in the comments.
