EMMERDALE fans have been left concerned that Vinny Dingle may be dead.
Their panic has come after the much-loved character was viciously attacked by evil vet Tom King.

Is Vinny Dingle dead?
Vinny was attacked by Tom King on Emmerdale on April 18, 2024, after he tracked Belle Dingle’s phone to an unlikely location.
The vet has been slowly exerting his control over his wife Belle ever since they got married.
Paranoid Tom has gone to extreme lengths to keep an eye on her.
He even put a camera in their house to watch her when he’s away and adding a tracker to her phone.

When Tom noticed that Belle wasn’t at home he drove back and then tracked her phone to “catch her”.
However, when he arrived he came across Vinny Dingle who had taken Belle’s phone to fix it.
Tom panicked when he heard Vinny coming into the portacabin and hit him over the head with a paperweight.
The evil vet then wiped his fingerprints from the scene and abandoned his bleed victim, and left him for dead.

Fans need not worry though, as Emmerdale spoilers for next week reveal that Vinny is still alive, although he is very bruised following the attack.
However, Belle is left shocked when she sees how battered he is and she decides she should stay to take care of him.

Her decision leaves Tom feeling very jealous and he soon decides he needs to undermine Vinny to keep Belle with him.
Is Vinny Dingle leaving Emmerdale?
ITV have not released any plans for Vinny Dingle to leave Emmerdale.
Actor Bradley Johnson, who plays the young Dingle, has also not said that he is leaving the soap either.
Over the years the character has survived several high profile storylines including being a hostage of serial killer Meena Jutla.

When did Bradley Johnson join Emmerdale?
Actor Bradley Johnson joined Emmerdale in 2019 playing Vinny Dingle, who is a member of the much-loved Dingle family.
His character is the is the son of Mandy Dingle’s former boyfriend, Paul Ashdale.
While Vinny may has gone through plenty of drama on the ITV soap, Bradley has a much more glamorous life when away from the set.
The actor’s role in Emmerdale was also not his first taste of fame.
Prior to being Mandy’s surrogate son, Bradley may be remembered as a former contestant of BBC‘s Let it Shine.

Bradley appeared in the talent competition in 2017 and delivered a performance of Bring Him Home from the musical Les Misérables.
The actor was also seen in The Syndicate on the BBC and Channel 4‘s Shameless.
But he starred alongside British acting legend, Colin Firth.
