Homer man found guilty of charges in largest Homer Police drug seizure
A Homer jury convicted 56-year-old Trevor Latimer of multiple drug-related charges last Thursday, the State of Alaska Department of Law announced in a press release on Friday, March 29.
Following a seven-day trial, Latimer was found guilty of possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and two counts of possession of methamphetamine.
According to the release, evidence was presented during the trial that showed that Latimer was one of several accomplices to Andrea Eden and Richard Falcone, who moved to Homer from the Lower 48 in 2022 and started distributing fentanyl and methamphetamine that was brought from Colorado.
The Homer Police Department conducted a search of Falcone and Eden’s apartment on June 24, 2023, and seized the largest stash of drugs in HPD history, the release states.
The seizure included more than a pound of methamphetamine and more than 200 fentanyl pills, as well as cocaine, heroin and more than $10,000 in cash, gold coins, scales and empty plastic baggies.

Latimer is scheduled to be sentenced in June, and faces a possible sentence of 15 or more years in prison for his role in Falcone and Eden’s operation.
