CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher as oil surge boosts energy stocks

March 31 (Reuters) – Canada’s main stock index opened higher on Tuesday, as a jump in oil prices boosted energy stocks after the United States and Russia agreed to talks aimed at stabilizing the industry.
