JAKE PAUL is on course for a second family humiliation after following failed brother Logan and employing another superstar celebrity coach.
Logan had ex-heavyweight champ Shannon Briggs in his corner for the points loss and Jake has snapped up former three-weight king Sugar Shane Mosley.
And Riley, a Floyd Mayweather-promoted cruiserweight, believes long-term trust and friendship will hand the clout-chasing Paul family their second crushing loss.
Riley told SunSport: “Jake says he has known Shane for years because Shane’s kids are fans of him and his brother.
“I guess they are just trying to take the direct approach, they want to try to know as much about boxing as possible, in the shortest amount of time.
“They have gone for someone they think can teach them the most, as quickly as possible. I understand the philosophy but it doesn’t always go to plan, as we saw recently with KSI and Logan Paul.
“It’s about getting through to the guy, I could drop tons of knowledge on KSI and Gib but none of it would sink in if I don’t know how to get through to them, that is what I focus on.”
Before Logan’s fight, he and Briggs were claiming he would be a heavyweight world champ with just three years of training.
Traditional fight fans slated the event because of Team Paul’s ridiculous claims and Riley has revealed Logan is not even the best boxer in his family, let alone the world.
Riley insists Jake is a better light-heavyweight boxer than his elder sibling and that Gib will have to surpass KSI’s performance to keep the UK on the top of the YouTube boxing scene.
He said: “I know what I am dealing with in Jake, we have footage from his previous fight in the win against KSI’s brother Deji and footage of some of his spars.
“I think Jake’s stoppage came from Deji being fatigued and unable to defend himself, rather than Jake being a world beater.
“I expect him to change a little bit. I expected Logan to change and he didn’t.

“Jake has showed good boxing skills and I am a true believer that he is better than his brother. I think he has a wider range of skills than his brother.
“We are up against a good opponent. Gib has a tougher fight than KSI had because his opponent is harder to beat.
“Gib has to be better than KSI was on November 9.”
