Whyte vs Wach: UK start time, live stream and TV channel for heavyweight bout on Joshua vs Ruiz undercard

THE BODY SNATCHER is back – and ready to pick up where he left off.

Dillian Whyte returns to the ring for the first time since July when he beat Oscar Rivas to take the WBC interim heavyweight title, but has lost his mandatory status whilst bigwigs investigate an ‘adverse finding’ in a drugs test.

He returned the sample during the build-up to the Rivas fight, but it has never led to a formal suspension or ban from the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC) or Ukad.

Whyte – who won the nations heart during this year’s Celebrity MasterChef – will now resume his career against Mariusz Wach.

What they said

Dillian Whyte: “I’m delighted to be fighting in Saudi Arabia against Mariusz Wach. He’s probably got one of the best chins in the heavyweight division.

“I have been training and working hard to fight so it’s great to get a date and it’s very exciting for me to be fighting somewhere different like Saudi Arabia.

“I want to fight in different places and different settings and this card has the biggest heavyweight fight on it that we have seen in years.

“I’m just going to keep chasing the world titles, so if I keep winning then I hope to land that world title shot in 2020, that’s the plan for December 7.”
