CBBC presenter Karim Zeroual seemed pretty relaxed before he has to take to the dancefloor on Strictly Come Dancing once again.
He was seen puffing on a cigarette whilst on a date with girlfriend Poppy Hannah.
The 26-year-old narrowly escaped elimination last week, as he and his partner Amy Dowden found themselves in the dance-off against social media star Saffron Barker and AJ Pritchard.
The judges chose to keep Karim and Amy and send home Saffron and AJ, ending their run on Strictly.
Last night the CBBC Presenter was pictured passionately kissing Poppy, 19, girlfriend and enjoying a beer and a cigarette in the process.
The child TV star will know he has to up his game if he wants to increase his chances of making it through this weekend’s edition of Strictly Come Dancing.
Karim and Poppy have been an item for three years, but decided to keep their relationship private when Karim’s CBBC career began.
But she has met his Strictly dance partner Amy Dowden and the two get on really well.
According to The Mail, a source said: ‘Karim was really keen to involve Poppy in his training and wanted her to meet Amy to make sure she felt comfortable.
‘They got on really well which is great because Karim knows he’ll be spending long hours with Amy and he wants Poppy to feel secure about it.’

According to Strictly judge Craig Revel Horwood, Karim’s Contemporary Couples Choice to the tune of Drops Of Jupiter by With Confidence lacked the emotion the dance needs.
He said: ‘I thought it was engaging, I thought it had great leaps great turns but I have to say I think at the moment you’re a technician, not an actor and that bothers me.’
‘It could have been a lot more, I think it is lacking emotional content.
Also going as far as to say his ‘technique was overpowering what he was trying to say’, Karim took these comments on board and fortunately it was enough for the judge to vote unanimously in his favour and keep him on the show.
